Join Us This Lent and Easter

Lent is a season of reflection, renewal, and hope — a time to pause, re-centre, and rediscover what it means to live as God’s people in today’s world.

At Yass Uniting Church, we warmly invite you to journey with us through the weeks of Lent and into the joy of Easter. Whether you are a long-time member of a church, returning after some time away, or simply curious about faith, you are most welcome.

Throughout Lent we will explore themes of trust, transformation, compassion, and new life — following the story of Jesus from the wilderness to the cross, and ultimately to resurrection hope.

Palm Sunday celebration 29 March - Combined Churches at the Anglican Church 10 am
Reflective Good Friday service 9 am
Easter Sunday celebration of Resurrection joy 10 am

Easter reminds us that death does not have the final word — that God brings light from darkness and life from what feels lost. In a world that often feels uncertain, this ancient story still speaks fresh hope.
